Blake Copeland
Blake Copeland has a multifaceted background in military leadership and real estate investment. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 2017 and subsequently completed advanced flight training, earning his wings of gold in 2019. From 2020 to 2023, Blake served with distinction at HSC-21 where he held roles as an aircraft commander, assistant operations officer, and maintenance division officer. In these positions, he honed his skills in building efficient operating systems in dynamic and fast-paced environments, overseeing multiple maintenance shops and managing operations involving over 45 sailors while ensuring program compliance.
Throughout his tenure at HSC-21, Blake demonstrated exceptional leadership and operational acumen, culminating in the successful completion of two deployments to the Indo-Pacific region. Concurrently, he and his wife strategically grew a personal real estate investment portfolio with assets under management exceeding $2.5 million, showcasing Blake's aptitude for strategic planning and financial management. Blake's diverse skill set, coupled with his proven track record of success in both military and entrepreneurial ventures, positions him as a valuable asset for his investors. Today, Thirteen:Eleven Capital’s assets under management total over $47 million.
Olivia Copeland
Olivia Copeland has a strong background in accounting and financial consulting. She graduated from Rhodes College in 2017 with a degree in accounting and furthered her education at the University of West Florida, earning a Masters in Accounting and becoming a certified public accountant (CPA). Olivia began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in their Assurance practice, where she helped plan and execute all phases of integrated audits over Fortune 500 and multinational companies.
In 2022, Olivia transitioned to a consulting role in PwC as a Forensic Accountant, showcasing her expertise in fraud examination and earning her certified fraud examiner (CFE) credential. In this role, she has consulted for large finance and technology companies, specializing in risk and controls and regulatory compliance. Olivia's proficiency in financial analysis and her ability to provide strategic insights have made her a trusted advisor to her clients.
Simultaneously, Olivia has successfully managed a real estate investment portfolio with her husband, with assets under management exceeding $2.5 million. Her experience in financial management and investment strategies complements her professional achievements, highlighting her exceptional skills in both the accounting and real estate sectors.
